16 Answers
my sisters ex boyfriend has somehow managed to hack her hotmail account, change the password and gone onto change her facebook password. She now has no access to either facebook and hotmail. The problem is that the immature weasle has written some VERY personal info about her on her facebook wall and she cant do anythin to get the text removed as she cant gain access to her hotmail or facebook. Any avice on how to go about gettin eithe of these accounts closed or deactivated without the passwords!!????

Unless you provide us with the new password by 8pm today, we will email the details of your online fraud to the Police. There will be no exception or extension to this time limit.
The Police won't be interested, and might just read the entries for a giggle, but the ex might not know that.

Eyebrows...Your comments seem a trifle unreasonable.I go on FB and speak only to people I know. I have friends scattered all over the world and it is a fantastic way of keeping in touch. You can share photos, ideas and experiences and when several of your group know each other its a brill way of socialising.
I keep my profiole totally private and only my friends can see it.
It is unfortunate that this low-life has guessed this poor girls passwords and I hope she gets it sorted quickly. One of her existing FB friends should be able to report the offender to FB directly - this may be quicker as they can identify the account straight away.
There are some really sad people around...so malicious, no matter what the history behind it is.

Tell her to go to the sign in page on both those accounts and usually, where you log in, there is a 'forgot password' option. Get her to click on it and they will email her a temporary password so she can access it again. Then she can go to her account settings and choose new passwords. This is no doubt how he got into the accounts in the first place. The only problem might be if he has changed the email address attached to her FB account. If he hasn't, I would get her to set up a new Hotmail email address and change her FB account so that she can sign in using the new addy.
