killed by asbestos
2 Answers
My brother in law's father died last year from cancer caused through asbestos. He worked with asbestos for many many years. His medical records confirmed that's what he died from. The family have just been informed that they potentially could have a claim against the employer concerned. It's a little bit of a sensitive subject as you can appreciate but they are seriously thinking of taking the matter further.Just wondered if anyone could provide any further information as to how they go about it and if they could recommend any solicitors. Thanks in advance

the problem you might find is if he didnt have a post mortem no matter what it said on the death certificate.
Also if he worked in more than 1 place that he culd have got it. you could also do a google search for "mesothelioma"
