User names

Would it be possible for the system to reject user names containing certain letters and numbers which lend themselves to being hijacked e.g. numbers zero, one, letters o for Oscar, l for Lima, i for India... I would have to become Hgrve or Hgrave I suppose. This would make it harder for some users to pass themselves off as other users... Milly/MilIy. Very clever. Double L in the first one; lower case L followed by upper case i in the second one.

Or maybe as per Louis' suggestion, maybe just the user names could appear in a serif font at the bottom of each posting.
At least 0 and O and o can technically be distinguished unlike l and I.
