Which Xbox 360 game is better?

Im looking at game.co.uk and im looking at Call of Duty; World at War, Grand Theft Auto IV and Gears of War 2.
Which game out of the three is the best?

Its quite linear in terms of todays games with the emphasis on taking cover and firing rather than 'all guns blazing'
I've got GTA on my wants list and have heard that COD is pretty good so its a tough call, depends what genre you're into.

They're different types of games, GTA IV is a sandbox style exploring type game and Call of Duty and Gears are first person shooters.
Out of the three of them, GTA IV will give you the most playtime, there's so much to do if you want to complete the game fully, plus there's additional downloadable content coming very soon. There's also the online side of things as well once you finish the single player.
Gears and Call of Duty will give you about 10 - 12 hours of single player action and the multiplayer isn't all it's cracked up to be. Gears has a lot of sweary little children on it and CoD is full of people who play way too much and take it way too seriously.
