I remember a while ago someone/some people on here was about to start taking sea kelp to help make their hair grow, I was just wondering if it's working at all? I bought some the other day and they stink!! But I'll give them a go.

Apparently Sea Kelp is good to keep our hair in good condition, but won't actually make it grow/stop it falling out.  I was asking my hairdresser after I had my son, as every night when I washed my hair, I was watching it float away down the plug hole!!  Holland & Barrett do a good "Hair, Skin & Nails" tablet, but you have to take 3 of these "horse pellets" a day - they too are pretty skanky if they get stuck in your throat, but seem to have reduced my hair loss.

Good luck!
