Me too, I'm not one who feels the cold as much as some but even I've been freezing.

I'm renowned for making people feel cold with what I'm wearing but last week i was running out of jumpers and layers and have started wearing tights under my trousers.

My boss gave me an M&S voucher for Christmas and I bought a gorgeous big fluffy dressing gown the other day to keep me warm, it makes me look like a pink whale but it's nice and cosy :)

Even bought a leccy blanket!

tell me about it! the landlord has control of the heating, when he had a new wood burner installed the other week they cut our heating off!!!!(by accident, apparently)
Our flats nice n cosy at the mo, im so glad the heating is included in the rent!
at the mo it is 1oc it was minus 2 earlier so i guess its a little warmer.

Hasn't got above freezing here all day, the frost is still on the ground and the trees are white. My gas bill will be huge too but I hate being cold

its been bl00dy freezing tonight, i haven't put any heater on (henc the heating bill- its prepaid elect meter cost an arm and a leg) so been wearing two tops a jumper and a coat, two cups of hot choc, -but just had a hot shower so only my nighty on now cos my bodys has heated up :)

I have a card meter...I couldn't bear to get a huge bill all at once.....and the way things are going,that would be weekly...never mind monthly or-worse still-quarterly.

hey pasta,

if i had heater on constantly it would cost me �35-40 a month, so if no heater then... i normally top up �20 per month, ... am i being tight??

have heard lots are in bed with leccy blankets, watching tv, cybering etc.....I got the CH, logs, plastics, rubber shoes, old clothes, VHF tapes, old toys.....endless combustibles - one way of clearing home!
