Poor credit visa

Can anyone please tell me if they are visa cards or credit cards, that are designed for people who have very poor credit scores,

However i would strongly recommend NOT going that route- the interest rates are astronomical- in the range of 38-45% APR in comparison to 7-15% for a standard card.
This means unless you are COMPLETELY certain to pay EVERY last penny off EVERY month, then your borrowings will will quickly escalate out of control.
The only thing these cards are useful for is rebuilding your credit rating, if you have spare cash now and are in control of your debt. Buy something small, and pay it off immediately that month, to show borrowers you can be trusted! Then once you have done this for 6 months or so, cut up the card, and wait to apply for a decent card.
What they are NOT good for, is purchases where you are carrying over the debt month to month. They will slaughter you!

If you need another card, I'd suggest Capital One. They specialise in providing credit cards to people with poor credit ratings. Like all such firms, their interest rates are high but their cards are useful for improving your credit score:

That interest rate seems as brutal as GE Money Bank puts on customers who choose to finance through them.
