yukka plants

I have yukka plants on my balcony which have gone an awful yellow colour and the leaves have all curled.
The balcony gets the very early morning sun until about midday and then very shady in the afternoon. I water them about once a week. Any ideas please?

Obviously the cold weather has got to them and if the sun gets on them when they`re frosted........ you should keep them dry until the spring and covered.
