i was watching this the other day, and it said that some reality TV people committed suicide because of the show. Does anyone know...what show were they on and why did they do it?

I believe one of the boxers in the Contender (with Sylvester Stallone) committed suicide.

The boxer did commit suicide from the Contender, but he wasn't the one on the show you mention.  I think he was from Big Brother in Denmark or somewhere - I'll have a look. 

Also, they mentioned the man that murdered his neighbour in the USA ("You have a same sex admirer" - Jenny Jones Show) for humiliating him by taking him on national TV to confess his secret crush (the murderer was straight - not that it really stands up as an excuse) and the family that were killed from appearing on Jerry Springer, but I can't really remember much about that.  Jerry was interviewed outside the courtroom and asked if he felt responsible - he didn't.
