3 Answers
hi all, ive been out on sick leave now for about 5 weeks, but i have just heard from some of my friends who are still in the cmpany that the company will be closing in 3 weeks, this is not a rumour they are closing down,we all knew they were going bad for months now.. anyway,i couldnt see myself being fit for work in the near future,im out with broken ankle and ligaments... who will pay me when the company closes in say 3 weeks ? will dhss have to pay me ? will company have to pay me even though they are shutting down ? im currently getting 70 quid per week ,if dhss start paying me will they give me the same, will i go straight onto incapacity benefit when company stops paying me? i know nothing about the dhss system an am scared stiff by the thought that i could be left destitute. i am single man of 41 years old ..please help....many thanks
