Teeth Whitening at home

Just wondering if any of you can recommend a kit/solution that really works. Something that's not too expensive but actually has visible results... not just the placebo ones. Something that's available from Boots or something.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the late reply I was busy yapping elsewhere. lol
They were good and I def saw an improvement even tho my teeth are not that bad to start with.
The onlt thing is that you have to leave them on for 30mins. The taste reminded me of when cornflakes go all gushy when they have been left in the milk for too long.
But you can get them from the crest website, or just search on goggle for them.

In a product test recently, the Boots Expert tooth whitening system came out top with 10/10 - it's about 28.
The Crest whitestrips is supposed to be good but even after only one use they gave me incredibly sensitive teeth - so I wasn't able to continue using them. From reading on here I don't think I'm the only one that has experienced this sensitivity
