Hello marsbar , not sure there are many jobs for one so young . Perhaps you could earn a bit by doing odd jobs or a paper round , but you're too young to babysit honey .x
Question Author
ok but where can i find details about paper rounds? and people do babysit at this age don't they?
I hope they don't , I wouldn't put such responsibility on a child of 14 to look after another child .
Have you any newsagents in your area love , if you go into the shop and ask they will either have one or may put you on their books . x
Are there any stables nearby , or an animal shelter that you can help out with ? May I just say how delightful it is to meet you , a nice polite young person , and lovely that you're looking for a job .x
Many 14 year olds are responsible enough to babysit for a few hours - however, you would be hard pressed to find find someone who would employ a 14 year old stranger so, same as above replies, try any animal shelters etc
You may even consider voluntary work too which always looks good on a CV when looking for paid employment

I agree with bigmamma, how lovely to see a polite young person although I met another this morning when he let me pass on the non icy but of the icy pavement and when I said thank you, he replied 'Not a problem luv' :)

ok. thank you for the advice bigmamma :)
and thank you, it is nice meeting you too. :)
yeh i have looked arounf for kennels but i cant seem to find any :( .. but i will keep trying x
As above you can look into doing a paper round through your local newsagent and ask around at kennels and sancturys etc.

Also i don't think 14 is that young to be a babysitter, if you have some young extended family maybe you could babysit for them to build up experience?
