If I've got this right, do you mean do a complete circuit of the r'about, past your original entry point and then left at the 2nd exit? If so, as far as I can see you would certainly be in the centre lane as you went past the first exit after going all the way round, but should get to the left lane before the second exit, as there is no break in the lane lines between lane 1 and 2 just before the second exit to allow you to enter the 2nd exit from the centre lane. However, I can't make out what is written on the road by the lane arrows indicating which traffic should be in which lane. I suspect these just indicate the 'main route' traffic and do not allow for the 2nd exit which appears to be a minor road. So I would say, no, you can't enter the 2nd exit from the centre lane...but I bet people do!!
