Hi Kleiber , Millie is a very active rough haired JR and has ways and means of getting things done! Like yourself , Ive always wanted a good rocking horse. Just before Christmas I acquired a Collinson horse in need of some repair and tlc. Ive replaced most parts and tried hard to be true to the original design. Hence the horse hair which arrived today. Millie has been watching the developing newcomer with quiet interest. The horse hair however, seems to have awakened some lost instinct /jealous streak.
Thanks, roboanna, I was just really interested. I remember when I was little and my Mum uses to take me to Lilley & Skinner (anyone remember them??) for my new shoes, they used to have a lovely, full size rocking horse that I always got to have a go on! I turned into a right little pony-mad kid after that!! K x
