I've not studied it myself, but there's some information about it on the SureStart website:- http://www.surestart.gov.uk/improvingquality/q ualifications/earlyyearsfoundationdegree/

You can do a search for universities and colleges that offer the FD on the UCAS website:- http://www.ucas.co.uk/students/coursesearch/. There will be links on there to the university websites, where you should be able to find out more information.
