In contrast the people at Macarran airport in LV could not have been more helpful - my husband fainted after getting off the plane (too much booze, no water and no fags for 11 hours, so his own silly fault, sympathetic me? hehe) and one of the cleaners called a paramedic for us, and after he had been sorted out another official took us down to the baggage claim area on one of those golf buggies that you see at airports. Cool!
