to give a slightly more serious answer..

I'm sure there are devices that would enable you to unlock your car using your phone by, say, texting a code to a number or by simply calling it.... if there isn't not imposable to build.

there are tracker/alarm services that install hardware into your car that would enable them to unlock you car remotely if you called them and verified your ID.

if your talking about the myth that if you've locked your keys in your car and you call somebody with a spare set of key they then press the unlock button and it's transmitted over the mobile phone and it unlocks your car...

then, sorry, it's a myth!

car remotes use radio waves, not sound so it could never be transmitted over using the microphone/speaker way. and phones operate on a far higher frequency then car remotes.. it's simply impossible for the signal to interfere with the radio carrier in any way to unock your car.

Bad Idea, loose phone ( No car) Someone finds your phone may know your car (No car) Mobile battery dead ( Bus home) I do not think your insurance would approve due to the thefts of Mobiles.
