Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

How did you all do. I was one of the two people with 114 so just missed out on the prize money, but I am getting nearer, so there's hope yet. Can anyone tell my how the answer of Corby is arrived at for the question "Small Scotland in England"?

Hello Flopsymopsy, You did very well. I think I was one of 9 with 111. I have no idea how corby was arrived at and I do sometimes wonder with these quizzes where the answers do come from.
The latest quiz is now out and the answers are job titles and so far I am confident on about 60 answers. I never hope to win quizzes - I just enjoy them but I am not saying it would not be nice to win. Happy New Year to everyone on this site.

Asked my husband about Corby..he says when the Scots came down to England they all settled in Corby. He heard it on the radio apparently.

Manythanks, thats something else for the brain to absorb,but it does help to know how answers are arrived at. I shall look it up in due course.
Getting on ok with the new quiz, I have 8 total blanks and half a dozen question marks but not really sat down to concentrate with it yet. No doubt I will change a few of my answers if/when I have a flash of inspiration.:))
