Congrat's & good luck.
unless shes ready nothing you do will get her to come out.

but if shes head down and engaged then you could try.

fresh pineapple lots of it
long walks (not good with SPD though)
baths with clary sage oil
Chinese curry
Sex (again not top of list with SPD)
nipple tweaking - takes a while but can stimulate uterus into contracting.

good luck
Snap red.

Can't go into details of what we were up to when I started my first labour, but it's on that list!

I'd just finished doing a pile of ironing when my second labour started three years later! ;o}
Sex. Seriously - a nice fairly gentle bout of lovemaking is known in some instances to give that baby a kickstart.

(It doesn't have to be with the baby's father - but I think that would be preferable, and only decent....) !
I went for a long brisk walk a day before I had my daughter. Instead of slowly waddling I decided to see if I could ignore the pains and walk as fast as I did before I was pregnant. It hurt at first but it soon wore off and worked for me! I was 39 weeks exactly and went into labour the next morning!
lol salla!
