Insomnia Sucks Grumble
5 Answers
I went to bed at 2am. I woke at 4am. I haven't gone back to sleep.
On Thursday I went to sleep finally at 4:30am but that was largely the fault of my overly talktive friend.
Two nights in the same week of being up at stupid o'clock aren't fun turns out.
I'd really quite like to go to sleep now.
Thank you for reading this grumble. Look out for further updates... Maybe I can bore myself to sleep!
Cheers

And expecially while we're getting a new kitchen put in so I should be up at 8 (fortunately the work goes on without me). Even if a I take a sleeping pill it refuses to work until 4am.
I think basically my body is telling me I should be in New York.

I'd not long gone to bed when you posted this CD!
We went to my nephew's in Essex for a curry meal & fun last night.. Afer whizzing back on the M25/M1 (I drove), we got back home at 04:30 this morning. I like to unwind after driving in the early hours, so sat with a Horlick's & watched telly until 06:00am, went to bed, then got up at 09:00am.
Don't ask me how I'm still awake after only 3 hours sleep!
Y-a-w-n!

I finally fell asleep watching House at about nine and then didn't wake til two. I've been threatening to nod off all day but am trying to hold out til about midnight and set the alarm tomorrow. Need to break this pattern fairly quickly I've learnt. All it takes is one bad night and my sleep patterns are shattered for a week!
