That state their passport regulations?

Like most EU countries will let you in with less than 6 months left on your passport.

But what are the regulations of other countries?

Where can this be found?

DennisB66's link only deals with visa requirements.

Assuming that you're a UK passport holder, the information you require is on the website of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Select the relevant country and look under 'Entry Requirements':
http://www.fco.gov.uk/en/travelling-and-living -overseas/travel-advice-by-country/

Incidentally, all EU countries must admit anyone who can prove that they're a citizen of the EU, by presenting either a valid national identity card or a valid passport. So you can enter any EU country even if there's only a minute (or less!) left on your passport's validity.
