Is it true that Marilyn Monroe had a mild case of Body Dysmorphic Disorder? (Where people are convinced they are ugly and spend literally hours and a lot of money on themselves to look "decent")

Not sure about that disorder specifically, but she did suffer from clinical depression and low self esteem.  She had been sexually abused several times as a child and moved from foster family to foster family until she was married to Jim Baker.  Her mother was also institutionalized for psycosis.
