How can I save ads to my laptop?

There have been a few ads recently that I would love to save for future viewing (especially offline).

Can anyone tell me how I can save them from Youtube and from the product sites themselves.

Especially interested at this time in RedHot Virgin ad, T mobile ad, Drench ad (with Brains from Thunderbirds) and the Berocca ad.

If you have or download Real Player, when you play a clip off youtube, a flag will pop-up giving you the option to download the video.
