Problems with my washing machine Part Two

Further to my previous thread. I have a Bosch Classixx 1000 Express washing machine, the water pumps into the compartment to collect the conditioner .. but stays in there and the conditioner doesn't empty out. I have cleaned it all through, cleaned the little jets inside, sprayed with Limescale remover and used thin plastic wire to clean them out . All to no avail. Help !! I have to finish the cycle, open the front and pour conditioner in, then do a spin cycle.

Are you sure the water is pouring into the drawer where the conditioner is?

Yes, it used to work fine when it was new.
