Yes, they can. We were stuck with tracking volunteer tasks during a recently held school auction. A friend recommended Center�d, a web-based planner for any event. Right from sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, recruiting and tracking volunteer tasks to sending reminders and notifications, it took care of every detail.
