Ouch!

I woke myself 4 times on Saturday night biting my tongue and I did it again last night. Now my tongue looks like it is fraying at the edges and it hurts.

Am I the only one who does this?

I've never heard of this before, have you always done it? Could you get a guard like what you can get for tooth grinding?

Only me doing it!! ;o) I seem to clamp my teeth shut when I am asleep and my teeth catch the sides of my tongue.

My dad sometimes does it to the inside of his cheek.

I am scared to eat anything today in case I make it sorer than it already is.

Your poor thing HJT , it must hurt , does it wake you up as you accidently bite down on it ? Do you think it's tension ?
