How to download TV Show Grey's Anatomy

OK, am really new to this, but how do I download season 2 of Grey's Anatomy to my laptop, for free? I used to download music years ago with limewire, but never TV and have no idea how to even begin...
Also, is it legal?

the answer is no - it's not legal

to begin ... nip out to the bus ... buy a ticket to town and visit one of the few remaining shops which sell the box sets

As Ac says it is illegal, but so is downloading music from limewire.
If you still want to do it you will most likely find it on mininova.
You will also need utorrent or similar to download.

would you also like advice on how to get a 20lb turkey out of tesco without paying ... (it amounts to the same thing .... and my suggestion to you would be pretty much the same ... although a dvd case might be easier to get back out!)
