Which benefit?

My son's GF is on incapacity benefit but is now pregnant, does she have to come off incapacity benefit even though she is being treated at the hospital for her incapacity and her GP is continuing to provide the certificates?

hi unless it has changed dramatically as long as the dr is still signing certs then she can continue on incapacity untill maternity allowance is due to start. best off getting her down the citizens advice to get the full ins & outs etc plus any new things she may be entitled to.
