-...and looks bad too-searched nhs direct and can find no answers..any ideas as to this..i've never been spotty-yet in the blink of an eye i have the most awful spots on my chest (imagine if you wore a v neck t shirt..thats where they are)..had them since tuesday-been hoping that theyd go as quick as they came, but no..they're little tiny yellow spots. sounds so horrid i know...any ideas what they are?..my friend thought it could have been activate by stress??  Thanks, Alison

I had folliculitis once (inflammation of the hair follicles) on my legs - that started as an overnight spotty rash.  Had to have two courses of oral antibiotics and antibiotic cream to clear it up.  Or it could be acne.  Best see your GP I should think.  All the best.

I would see your doctor.  He/She will know straight away what it is.  Could be an allergy, fungal, acne....lots of possibilities.

I am sure your GP will sort it out quickly for you.

I've had the same type of thing and never get outbreaks anywhere else which is weird.Clinique anti blemish chest and back spray works a treat.
