hi,i was wondering if anyone knows what the number in the top right hand corner means when you have the message for your information no satellite signal is being recieved,i have noticed several different numbers appear.recently during the bad weather i had this signal a lot and currently have it but only with setanta the number is 36 at the moment but was 35 the other day.

Last time I lost a signal for a significant amount of time - enough to know it wasn't coming back on! - I called Sky. They asked me to quote them the number so they could identify what the fault was.
