How, simply please do i use free downloaded fonts in programmes such as wordpad, e mail etc, thankyou

You need to install them in Windows.

Right-click the font file and select Install.

You then have a choice of all installed fonts within the application you are using (normally found in a Format menu).

Coincidentally this is what I've been downloading this afternoon. Your computer might be different but this was how I did it.

Save the downloaded font via Winzip to desktop. Double click on zip to open it. Browse to C:/Windows/Fonts and install them in this folder.
