Hi, I want to make Fairy Cakes but have no baking powder and dont have an electric whisk, will they still be ok??

Do you have self-raising flour???...use that.
I mix all my cakes by hand....use a hand-whisk,wooden or metal spoon...I find they alll work well. Don't over beat the mixture-but make sure it is well-blended.
