BigDave, In answer to your question about having bought a ticket, i didnt but Im not worried because the letter states
"be informed that 10% of your winnings belongs to Santa Lucia Security company SL because they bought the ticket and enter your name for this draw"
but Im really upset. Apprently its in my best interest to "keep this award from public notice" until i have the money. :(
the phone is so straight forward too.
name - address - date and place of birth - proffession - marital status - bank name - address - soft code (??) - account number - next of kin name, address etc.

The mind boggles at the mental state of someone who would buy you a ticket in a lottery and then only want 10% of the winnings.
IMHO anyone who falls for this kind of nonsense probably deserves what they get. A friend wrote to one, thanking them, and asking that they deduct the commission before forwarding the balance. That was a waste of a stamp!!
