I was amused by the suggestions to go for a walk/bike ride, because that's what I'd have said! However, I know what it's like, and I find these sites amuse me (though I have a peculiar sense of humour):

Someones suggestion on the last page led me to http://www.rinkworks.com/dialect/ where you can put in a web address and select what type of dialect you can apply to it. The AB homepage in Cockney made me laugh a lot!
