has anyone got a taxi from palma airport to calad'or,if so how much was it?also do they have larger taxis in the rank?there will be 7 of us and just wondering how much it will cost us.thanks

Cala d'or is about 57km (35 miles) from the airport. The airport's official website quotes taxi fares as �0.90 per km (0600 to 2100 weekdays) or �1.06 per km, plus �2.50 airport supplement and �0.55 per item of luggage.

Based on those figures (and 6 items of luggage in a taxi), that would make the taxi fare about �57 from 0600 to 2100 on weekdays, and about �66 at other times.

My experience of Spanish airports is fairly limited but I doubt that you'd find a taxi on the rank to take 7 passengers.
