Nero will probably have a 'Copy Wizard' or something, which will guide and prompt you through the whole process. It might be worth finding it. (I tend to use this, as I copy CD's so infrequently that I've usually forgotten how to do it by the next time.)
Another thing, (and assuming you want a copy you can play on a CD player), you will need to ensure you are creating an 'Audio Disc' rather than a 'Data Disc'. This is one of the more common reasons for CD's that 'don't play' !!
