Are you thinking of Center Parcs, if so be aware that not everything is undercover and most of the villas are some considerable way from the covered part of the village.

Thanks Jules, yeah i think its centre parcs it was a question in a quiz night at my sisters local :) she got it wrong anyway!!!!

There is a place called 'The Eden project' (at least I think thats the name) where everything is in a covered environment, similary to a green house. This may be the one you were after. Should think a simple web search will link you to this one.
