Vesta Paella is gorgeous, but curiously all the main supermarkets no longer stock it. I found it in Poundland and Farmstores and stocked up with 10 packs. On its own it's neither here nor there, but if you zap it up with chillies, oregano, basil, black pepper, and extra frozen prawns, then it becomes a wonderful feast. The beef risotto is good as well.
