i have a renault kangoo 1.9d van 1998,
why have i got so much preasure in the cooling system all the pipes are rock hard when the engine is running and no hot air when you trun the fan on could it be the water pump on it's way out

The coolant pressure goes up as your engine temprature goes up.

When did you last renew the pollen filter? could be blocked.

i have never changed it where is it on the engine
