Internet closes on certain attachments
Depending on what I click on my internet closes down. I can pick some attachments and they open fine but with others the internet just closes. It can be Word Documents or other things on the internet which makes it shut. I think it must be the security settings. I need to know how to change my settings. I am using the basic PC Guard from Virgin now but it started happening last week when I still had PC Norton before it was due to expire last Saturday.
