Walking can add minutes to your life. This enables you at 85 years old to spend an additional 5 months in a nursing home at �1000 per month.
I've just got this through an e-mail and wondered why everybody does actually do the dieting and exercising .
I do it so I won't have the tablets to take and suffer the side effects of cholestrol, high blood pressure and diabetes drugs. Why do you?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Well i think its a misconception to assume all with high BP and cholesterol are weighty i am 7 and a half stone at 5`6" and have never been bigger than 8 stone (barring pregnancy) and have both though they are being controlled.
I exercise where i can though i have joint problems and sight problems which restrict my outings somewhat.
Walking is good and does get you from A to B . I eat quite healthily but not obsessively.
