Can anyone tell me if there's a way I can transfer my LPs onto CDs without losing too much quality ?

I'm a bit of a technophobe so if you could explain it fully I'd appreciate it loads !!!

I did just that. by buying a Sony PS-LX300usb, its connected into my stero system ans I managed to trasfer records and tapes to cd,
