Firstly, there are no units for the measurements. (mm? cm?).
Secondly, assuming that it's a price per square metre which is required, we need the know the price for the full sheet.
However, this might give you a starting point:
If the measurements are in mm (i.e. 2400mm x 600mm), as seems likely, lets first convert them to metres. 2400mm = 2.4m. 600mm = 0.6m.
So the area of the sheet of flooring is (2.4 x 0.6) sqare metres = 1.44 square metres.
To find the price of 1 square metre, you need to divide the price of the sheet (which you've not told us) by 1.44.
