im looking for a mobile for my nephews room, his room is pale grey and pale blue with a safari theme throughout. Im not really looking for bright colours,id rather it was pale pastels if possible. Any suggestions?

I know that you want the pastel coloured mobile to match your nephew's nursery scheme but felt a need to explain why most baby toys are in bright colours............Babies don't have the best eyesight and can see bright things better,they can distinguish shapes more easily if the colours sharply contrast.

Motorola do some nice colours on their mobiles and Sony Ericsson have some excellent colour combinations, will they be wanting to use the internet or just calling their friends cribs!

hey

ive seen good deals on bid.tv on a saturday morning for mobiles and also other toys. the mobile i have is on it but also for the same price there is a couple other toys for the same price

i ended up having to take my mobile down. she was getting to hyper when we put her in her cot. she'd be half asleep and a soon a she saw the fish's and music she'd get that excited.

but we're now thinking about puting it back on as she's waking during the night. not crying but just to play. might see if the mobile is there it might distract her till she falls asleep again
