it is a council house and we only moved in july i waited in a stinky flat for 13years before i met this guy and feel entitled to this home the only mistake i made was to put his name on i don't intend to move he should and he only fathered one

if it was in your name b4 u should be able to get him out .u will be abe to take his name off go to the council and tell them whats going on .
