Well it won't cook very well, and there's a good chance that the heating element will overheat and either cause the safety interlock to shut it down or (much more exciting) start a fire.

Agree with Rojash... it would cook very unevenly for a short time and the element would almost certainly burn out after a while.

Is this the gas oven? I think the fan is there to cool it down after cooking. But better ask someone who sells them....

thankyou ror your reply i wont disconect it but my oven fan is on all the time my cooker is only two years old pat
