Hello!!! I was just wondering if anyone remembers a drink called Kia-ora? It was bright blue in colour and tasted like tropical fruits I think!! I used to drink it when I was a kid and would love to get hold of some.
Does anyone else remember this drink and/or know how I can buy some?

I also remember Kia Ora from my childhood but not a blue variety. At the time the orange was the best on the market. It's now a product of the Coca-cola Group. If you go to www.coca-cola.co.uk/ourbrands you'll see what's now available
BTW Kia~Ora is the Maori word for "Good Health" (truly).

Ahhhh, never mind. :-(
But thanks for everyones help!
They probably dropped it because of the present-day ingredient labelling requirements. The little bits of ''orange'' at the bottom of the Kia-Ora bottle were actually grated carrot, (yes, really!), and no manufacturer would want to admit that on the label.
i remember it in small plastic pots with a foil top that you had to push a straw through sold in cinemas during the 60s and 70s.

it was not too nice but as a 'yoof'' it was fun to use it to make irritating noises when almost empty.

those were the days when you could have a fag during the film, so not all bad.
kinell if those were the ones that you could put in the freezer to make a lolly then i think those were called tip tops!]

um bongo um bongo they drink it up the congo
