TE was not a true novelist. Everything he wrote was effectively about what occurred to him in his life....
However the clincher would be this:
"After Lawrence died near Vence, France in 1930, Frieda returned to New Mexico to live. In 1934, she had Lawrence's body exhumed, cremated and his ashes brought to the ranch to be housed in a small memorial chapel"

peanuts 247 - did not mean to be disrespectful, typed message then thought oh my gosh- may not have come across well. Just you talking of peanuts- thought of dry roasted peanuts- lateral thinking, knights move! Lawrence was probably berated/roasted over his controversial literature methinks. Hugs, Bea :-)
