Has anyone bought any flip flops from DooBeach.co.uk

i have bought two pairs of flip flops from DooBeach.co.uk, they delivered one pair but not the other pair, i emailed them and they keep replyiong saying it will be here by this week then the next i am so angry, the website doesnt have a phone number and i dont know what to do next, the money has come out of my acct but im warning you, if you want havaiana flip flops dont get them from them!!

someone I know had bother with this company so they they went to http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Flop-Idol and their service and prices are unbeatable. check it out

Hi Yes, I have brought 2 pairs of flip flops, luckily both came but I am still awaiting a refund for the postage of which I have now got my bank involved and CAB. But I agree , I would not buy anything from them as the communication is not within the stated 24hours as they say on ther email address. BEWARE others !!!

Hi I emailed Nochex on their website([email protected] ) on there customer service form with the Nochex receipt number and they got back to me within 24hrs and they comtacted Doobeach who then refunded my money straight away. I decided to tell Nochex what sort of company they were dealing with and what had happened regarding not receiving my refund and that they are quick enough to take your cash but provide the correct goods.

I have bought some flip flops 2 weeks ago from doobeach.co.uk, I received them next day. Very happy with the service they deliver. I recommended the company to some of my mates, you had no problems as well.

purchased 3 times form this seller. In fact just looked for his store so i can buy more and came across this thread. i was happy with the speed of the transaction. i did not need to ask customer service so i cannot possibly comment on it. All i can say is that all my goods arrived faster than i expected and in the authentic and original condition at about 1/3 of the high street price
