toolbar moved, urgent help

please can anyone tell me how i can get my toolbar back from being on the side to going back down to the bottom, many thanks

Left click on a space on the tool bar. Keep the left button pressed and drag the toolbar to the bottom. It should "clip" to the bottom of the screen.

Simply click on a blank space on the toolbar and, keeping the mouse button held down, drag it down to the bottom of the screen.

It might be necessary to right-click on it first and select 'Unlock toolbar' but that seems unlikely, otherwise it shouldn'y have moved to start with!

If dragging the toolbar doesn't work on the first try, don't give up; it sometimes takes several tries.
